Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
