The Honolulu city bus goes by every 30 minutes both ways north & south, Kaaawa town ½ mile north consists of 3 parks, a 7/11 store, post office, café, gas station and fire station. There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes, 20 minutes to the south is the town of Kaneohe with shopping malls, medical clinics, banks, theaters, etc…
At Kualoa Ranch just a 5 minute drive away there are all sorts of activities available such as horse back riding, petting zoo, many concerts, rodeos, dune buggy rides and a restaurant, they even have water sports activities. |

Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
