This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental, located in a quaint part of Kailua town, is just a quick 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to the world famous Kailua beach.

Peter’s Place is an upstairs unit, with over 1100 square feet of living space. This rental is uniquely decorated in teak furnishings and Hawaiian Koa Woods. This home also comes equipped with a full kitchen, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. Wireless internet connection, split-air conditioning units, washer and dryer, and a spacious outdoor deck to enjoy the Ko'olau Mountains are also among the amenities available.

The prices you see listed are all subject to change without prior written notice. Each property has a standard tax of 12.96%, and a departure cleaning fee, which varies by each property, along with a refundable security deposit. Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
