Just one house off the beach, Kalaka Beachside has a partial ocean view from the kitchen area, pool and outdoor tiki bar. A private gate by the pool opens to beautiful Kalama Beach Park. A few steps through the park leads to a 3 mile stretch of white sand - one of the most breathtaking beaches in all of Hawaii. Swim, body surf, kayak, kitesurf, windsurf, or just relax -- Kailua beach has something for everybody.

For those who want to stay closer to home, a sparkling pool and outdoor tiki bar offer the perfect retreat. Or, relax indoors, with a full view of the pool and beach park.

Kailua town center, about 1 mile away, offers excellent restaurants, shopping and beach activities. Honolulu is an easy 25 minute drive and the world-famous surfing beaches of the North Shore can be reached in about one hour.

The prices you see listed are all subject to change without prior written notice. Each property has a standard tax of 13.96%, and a departure cleaning fee, which varies by each property, along with a refundable security deposit. Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
