Kailua Studio is a retreat disguised as a little get-a-way. Come in and relax, enjoy the peace and quite. Having an air conditioned space with a king sized TempurPedic bed is an ultimate luxury.

Located in Kailua you are close to all the amenities (the biggest being the beach!!!!) many restaurants, speciality shops, golf, etc... Not to mention you are only about 20-30 minutes to just about anywhere!

The prices you see listed are all subject to change without prior written notice. Each property has a standard tax of 13.96%, and a departure cleaning fee, which varies by each property, along with a refundable security deposit. Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
