minutes away to the best spot on Kailua Beach.
When you enter Kailua Beach House, the
feeling of aloha surrounds you. Each room is spacious with
upscale tropical accents to make you feel like you are truly
at home in the islands. The outstanding feature of this new
home is the 500 sq. foot covered lanai. The open beam
ceiling in the great room and kitchen are enhanced by five
glass doors all opening to the spacious lanai surrounded by
ginger flowers and coconut trees. Entertaining or just
relaxing on the lanai is wonderful rain or shine.
This house can be rented together with
Tradewinds Cottage for a total of 4 bedrooms, 3
baths. Full kitchen and BBQ is included. |

The house itself is well furnished, comfortable, and beautifully landscaped. It always felt good to be there. The lanai running the full length of the house is a special treat and we used it often. KBH is also in a convenient location one block from the beach, close to Kailua town, and only ½ hour to Honolulu with no traffic. Busy Kalaheo Road is screened by the 7’ high fence and landscaping so it was no bother to us.
Our time on Ohau was terrific and a lot of our good experience was due to the Kailua Beach House. I wouldn’t hesitate to return there."

The prices you see listed are all subject to change without prior written notice. Each property has a standard tax of 13.96%, and a departure cleaning fee, which varies by each property, along with a
refundable security deposit. Please inquire at aloha@lanikailuabeachrentals.com for peak season rates
during the holidays.
Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
