The spacious enclosed yard is safe for the little one's to play in, while the adults enjoy a fabulous ocean view under the large covered lanai. This house is situated right in the middle of Kailua Beach, which offers over a 3 mile stretch of white sandy beach. This is true living the old Kamaaina way!

The prices you see listed are all subject to change without prior written notice. Each property has a standard tax of 13.96%, and a departure cleaning fee, which varies by each property, along with a refundable security deposit. Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
