Hualani cottage is located more than 3 blocks from world famous Kailua Beach, and has recently been rebuilt with retaining the old charm of a beach home decorated with a ocean theme. The cottage sits at the back corner of the lot and has its own fenced in little yard with a picnic table. One bedroom has a Queen Bed, T.V., and A/C. The second room has a set of twin beds.

The prices you see listed are all subject to change without prior written notice. Each property has a standard tax of 13.96%, and a departure cleaning fee, which varies by each property, along with a refundable security deposit. Upon an initial reservation, you are required to pay 40% down to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For all reservations, we accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check and credit cards. Please add a 2.4% processing fee to all reservations. There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at anytime, and cancellations made within 60 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.
